Skateboarder Mag, June 2011

Omar Salazar, backside tailslide
“Omar annihilated this ledge in a matter of minutes and the back tail was the highlight for sure. It was not an easy approach either. He had to go mach 10 around a corner while simultaneously ollieing a grate, then take two quick pushes, and set up right before a crack-riddled bump. A sick example of Omar’s raw power.”—Jonathan Mehring, photo

Kingpin Skateboarding Europa, #90, June 2011

KP90CoverLRG Inside 90

Better late than never!

Madars Apse takes cover spot but i suppose you’d like to know what lies between that and the Nike SB ad on the back page, right?

Well, we get up close and personal about talking weird and shoplifting with the legend that is Jesus Fernandez, in his interview; we see how Vans got on with their sick trip to Israel, dodging the rain, breaking the windows and avoiding death; we speak OAF with Antiz filmer, Paul Labadie – his words accompanied by Sem Rubio’s ever sick photography; and Antiz rider Dallas Rockvam get his EFFECT – just a taste of his OAF hammers no doubt.

There’s plenty more in there but get you’d be better off getting your hands on a copy so you can use your eyes instead of just reading about it.

Go!
